Montien Bunjarnonda is the latest edition to the Lao office. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the areas of banking & finance, project finance transactions (both domestic and cross-border) and structured financing. His expertise includes negotiating and drafting full ranges of project documentation, loans, credit facilities and security documentation, as well as swap transactions. His experience covers both lenders’ and borrowers’ perspectives, with an aim to provide the best solution to accommodate clients’ needs, as well as the corporate environment in which they operate. Montien Bunjarnonda is also well versed in debt restructuring transactions; in which he has experience representing both debtors and creditors. Montien Bunjarnonda has a very analytical mind in dealing with corporate set ups and investments in The Lao PDR.
